When your order is shipped, we send a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, we may still be processing your order. Or you may want to check your Spam/Trash mailbox.
If it is not anywhere in your mailbox, and has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please call us at +64 7 377 1033, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm.
